For UK customers, parcels are delivered by Royal mail tracked 48 and we have the flat rate shipping rate of £4.99
Spend £60+ and FREE UK & Ireland shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout.
Please allow up to 10 days after your expected received date to contact us as per royal mails shipping policy.
UK RETURNS
Everything we make is handmade by us with love and care so we really hope you are happy with your Oak & Stone purchase, however if you do experience any issues, we're on hand to help! Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days.
We sadly cannot accept returns or refunds on on any bathing product including (but not limited to) bath milk, petals, bath decorating kits.
