Our Updated Skincare Routine

"I've found my holy grail of skincare!"

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the contradicting advice when it comes to skincare? We understand the struggle, which is why we aim to simplify things for you! Our approach is straightforward - we only include the essential ingredients your skin craves in our skincare line, completely free of phthalates or preservatives! With us, you can always trust that our products are 100% natural, providing you with peace of mind. Read on to unlock the secrets behind our updated skincare routine and uncover the key to achieving vibrant, healthy skin.

Achieve healthy skin with consistency. Forget the complicated 500 step skincare routines promoted by influencers and blogs. Simplicity is key! We have spent years researching, learning, and experimenting to discover the perfect routine that cleanses, nourishes, and hydrates your skin!

DOUBLE CLEANSE

Discover the power of the double cleanse! You may have heard the term but might not know what it means or may not have tried it out for yourself. Double cleansing is a game-changer. Essentially, double cleansing is just that - cleansing twice using two different methods to ensure all the makeup, dirt, and excess sebum is completely removed, revealing your natural beauty!

Start with applying your Organic Golden Jojoba Oil with your hands to your face and massage in for a few minutes making sure you also apply and massage your neck area. Remove with warm water (not too hot- this will dry out your skin!) and either a clean soft towel/re-usable cotton face pads or just warm water. Whilst your face is still wet, apply a little of your Oat Cleansing Grains by adding to the palm of your hands and rubbing together to form a paste. Gently apply all over your face and neck  and massage in small circular motions. To remove repeat the same process as with the oil cleanse.

MASK

I like to mask once a week but you may like to mask more depending on your skin type. Our Pink Clay Mask is infused with botanical ingredients that draw out impurities, moisturise, nourish, and improve skin's texture and appearance.

To use, mix a 1-2 spoonfuls of pink clay mask in a small bowl, add a little warm water and mix until your desired consistency has been achieved. Apply to already cleansed, dry skin using an applicator brush or clean fingers. Leave on for around 5 minutes, or until almost completely dry. Use a cotton face cloth to gently remove with warm water and pat dry.

*Top tip! If you have very dry skin, try adding a few drops of Organic Golden Jojoba Oil to hydrate your skin as you mask!

TONE

Forget conventional toners, filled with harmful chemicals and preservatives that can damage your skin in the long run! Opt for a natural Hydrolat like Rose water or Lavender water, which are 100% natural and gentle. Plus, they have a delightful fragrance that uplifts your mood!

MOISTURISE

Your choice of moisturiser depends on your skin type. Some people like a thicker moisturiser that creates a barrier and deeply nourishes the skin, while others prefer a lighter moisturiser that absorbs quickly. It's all about personal preference and your unique skin needs.

I moisturise at night as i have dry, sensitive skin so like to use a thicker moisturiser. One of my most requested products to date has been for us to develop a moisturiser and i have been secretly trialling recipes since May this year! I'm hoping to release it in the new year so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Remember to take before and after photos, some results can be minor at first and you may not notice until you look back at a photo. Ultimately, skincare is about how we feel about ourselves on the inside as well as the outside. Self confidence takes time so try to be patient and make little changes every day.

I hope this blog has helped make things a little easier for you and less daunting. Let us know in the comments if you have used any of our tips and how you have got on!
